How do I pay for a SmartPT subscription?

What are my subscription options?
There are two subscription term options, month to month with no obligation or a yearly subscription which provides discount pricing.
There are 3 subscriptions plans. The single user plan is $29.00 per month and includes one license. The multi-user plan includes multiple licenses. The first license in the multi-user plan is $29.00. Additional licenses are $14.99 per license. The enterprise license is a customized plan that is applicable when more than 10 licenses are required or when there are multiple clinic locations. Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription anytime before the end of your payment cycle.

Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can switch your subscription plan anytime. You can change from a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription. You can also change your number of user licenses.
Do you offer discounts for multiple PTs at the same clinic or multiple clinic locations?
License fees are per user. Each PT’s has a unique login credentials so licenses cannot be shared. If you have more than 10 PTs in a single clinic or multiple clinic locations, discounts are available. Email sales@smartptonline.com for more information.
